The song The earth is crying, #Stay at home.

These days Cuba, treasure of the Caribbean, lives days of staying at home. Little by little, the streets have become empty spaces after the call of the health authorities to preserve everyone’s health through social isolation.

The earth is crying the global crisis that has caused the spread of COVID -19.

With the hashtag # QuédateEnCasa on social networks, many ideas have come to accompany Cubans these days, one of them being concerts from home.
Some creators offer their art online. From theater artists, libraries, museums, concert halls and galleries to the musicians, who take the initiative, most from their homes, so the most beautiful of the arts becomes a balm for the spirit and thus bring encouragement and spread useful messages in the midst of the difficult times the world is experiencing.
The idea came from international stars such as Alejandro Sanz, Jorge Drexler, Laura Pausini, Fito Páez and the Cuban Chucho Valdés and David Blanco, M Alfonso, Kamankola, William Vivanco, Eduardo Sandoval, Idania Valdés, Jan Cruz and many have already joined from Cuba others that have been multiplying through the Tunturuntu Cuba platform.
These presentations began with the unmistakable voice of Eduardo Sosa and others such as Omara Portuondo and the Failde Orchestra, Marta Campos, Diego Gutiérrez and Buena Fe have paraded through Cuban networks and television.
All of them are very popular because the bards have been seen in a very intimate atmosphere, interpreting songs that everyone has ever hummed and that are part of the personal and artistic memory of the island.
A very accepted presentation was that of the singer and composer Descemer Bueno who dedicated on digital platforms to the Cuban medical brigades that support other countries in the confrontation with the new coronavirus the song Everywhere.
Now other Cuban artists on the island join their voices to send a message to the whole world through music to combat the global crisis that has caused the spread of COVID -19.
Juan Guillermo Almeida, Laritza Bacallao, Yali, Yomil and El Dany, Lenier Mesa, Issac Delgado and Wampi interpret union at a time when the coronavirus affects and has killed thousands of people across the planet.
The single was presented with a video clip on Juan Guillermo’s official YouTube channel and the interpreters can be seen in the audiovisual as well as images that show us some of the hard times that China lived.
It is a call to the rest of the nations to join the fight beyond political positions to work together for the health of all.
